As the Dean of the School of Technology, you will: Provide academic and strategic leadership for programs in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Information Systems.

Lead, mentor, and support faculty while fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment. Oversee curriculum development and ensure programs remain aligned with current industry trends and workforce demands. Identify opportunities to enhance existing programs and introduce innovative educational approaches.

Develop and maintain partnerships with technology employers, industry professionals, and community organizations. Support student success initiatives focused on engagement, retention, graduation, and career readiness. Oversee departmental operations, academic planning, budgets, and faculty development. Collaborate with university leadership to support institutional goals, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement.

Utilize data and academic performance outcomes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Represent the School of Technology at university events, industry meetings, and professional engagements. What We're Looking For? We are seeking a forward-thinking leader who brings a combination of technology expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for education.

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field. Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in a technology-related field. At least three years of progressive leadership experience overseeing teams, programs, projects, or budgets.

Experience in higher education teaching, curriculum development, or academic program leadership. Experience mentoring, supervising, or developing faculty or professional staff. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple technology disciplines and work effectively with faculty, students, and university leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral degree in a related field. Experience leading undergraduate or graduate technology programs. Familiarity with academic accreditation, assessment, and continuous improvement processes. Experience with online, hybrid, or accelerated learning environments. Relevant technology certifications in cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, or artificial intelligence.
