Operations, Maintenance & Instrumentation Supervisor / Engineer

In this role, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the ASU, AEL (H2), Ecovar plants, N2 Generator Plants and pipeline systems, ensuring continuous product supply to customers Furthermore, you will monitor plant performance, support planned maintenance activities, and drive operational excellence to optimize plant reliability and efficiency Safety and compliance are a key part of your role, including ensuring compliance with company standards, permit-to-work requirements, engineering change management processes, and relevant regulatory requirements Additionally, you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and SHEQ teams to achieve operational targets and support continuous improvement initiatives You will also support KPI reporting, spare parts and consumables management, plant maintenance activities, and the training and development of site personnel
