Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment Requirements Hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II) Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning?
