Settlement Processor

Title Closing Services, LLC. is hiring a Settlement Processor in Toms River/Morristown/Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an Office based position. The Settlement Processor is responsible for reviewing and processing new settlement service orders, as well as the coordination and preparation of all necessary closing documents to facilitate real estate settlements.

The position acts as the primary point of contact to customers requesting settlement services in order to facilitate a smooth closing process. This position is also responsible for reviewing and processing HUD-1/Closing Disclosures and closing packages for the daily settlements, following up with the lender for HUD approval and receipt of the closing package, while maintaining communication with all parties of the transaction.
