Speech Language Pathologist PRN

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Speech Language Pathologist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This position evaluates and implements a plan of care for the provision of comprehensive speech and language services for individuals exhibiting dysfunction in the areas of speech and/or language.

Required Master's Degree Speech Pathologist (SPE) - . Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - . American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) - .
