Key Responsibilities
Audit and verify daily revenue reports from all revenue centers (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, etc.) Reconcile PMS, POS, and other system reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue Review and validate cashier summaries, postings, allowances, discounts, voids, and corrections Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all revenue adjustments Prepare daily revenue summaries and discrepancy reports for Finance and Management Follow up promptly on variances, irregularities, or control breaches Maintain accurate filing and audit trails for financial records Support month-end closing and external/internal audit requirements Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, internal controls, and accounting standards Assist with continuous improvement of revenue control processes Not the right fit?
