Digital Banking System Administrator

Provide internal organizational support for key member-facing digital systems. Assist staff with technical subject matter expertise on the Digital Banking system and other related digital systems and services. Ensure that the Digital Banking system is functioning properly and fulfilling its intended purpose. Be the liaison between technical technology issues related to digital systems and business line staff.

Function as the primary liaison between the digital banking vendor and the organization.
