Responsibilities

Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor repairs, and assistance with the receiving of materials and products within the warehouse/yard making up job lot orders. May include cleaning warehouse to meet company standards; removing all refuse from warehouse and yard; operating forklift, banding machine, and radial arm saw; and picking up banding, stickers, and empty pallets from warehouse/yard. Repairs damaged pallets, prepares flatcars for removal from the yard, and moves product to assigned area. Reports the need for repairs and/or safety problems to the operations manager. Qualifications
