Job Description: Key Responsibilities:  Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost estimation, proposal presentations, and partner enablement sessions.  Should be able to work independently on the Presales RFP/RFI to build solution proposals.

 Drive modernization initiatives leveraging a broad range of GCP services to improve performance and efficiency (conduct in-depth application and infrastructure assessments and define modernization and migration paths).  Architect solutions on GCP-based cloud infrastructure, modernization of legacy applications to cloudnative architectures.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate solution concepts and influence teams.  Mentor partner engineering team and enforce best practices.  Working closely with the sales team to qualify leads, present the solution effectively, answer technical questions, accompany the sales team to customer/partner locations across India (need basis) for partner/customer meetings, and represent Ingram Micro at various events/workshops.

Skills: Strong working experience in Presales with a focus on Google’s GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Compute: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions Networking: VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud Armor. Database & Storage: AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Spanner for relational workloads.

Firestore, Bigtable for NoSQL applications Security & IAM: Organization policies, IAM, Secret Manager, Certificate Manager, Security Command Center Operations: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Cloud Trace. Technical Skills:  Proven experience with Google infra, GKE, Terraform, Observability, CI/CD, Databases, and modernization projects.

Strong expertise in Google Cloud Infrastructure and product solutions, and services.  Hands-on experience with GKE, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.  Demonstrated success in legacy system migration and cloud modernization (VMs Workload & Database modernization (SQL Server to PostgreSQL/AlloyDB).  Knowledge of observability frameworks (e.

g., Prometheus and Grafana).  Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native architectures  Strong expertise Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed systems.  Multi-cloud architectures with Cross-Cloud Interconnect  Exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks. Required Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus.  Experience: 8 to 10 years in IT architecture or Presales solutions roles. Required: minimum 4 to 5 years focused on Google’s cloud/hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, or managed services.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions that address customer needs and challenges.  Presentation: Proven experience in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

 Additional Skills: Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, DevOps practices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Certifications:  Google Cloud Certified
