1. Community Leadership & Engagement Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders. Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets. Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy. Disseminate official updates and directives with clarity and consistency.
2. Performance Monitoring & Coaching Analyze community performance metrics (e.g., activity rates, cancellations, ratings, and KPI compliance). Acknowledge top performers and provide targeted coaching for those requiring improvement. Drive training and development initiatives to elevate overall community standards.
3. Community Support & Case Handling Resolve community concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism. Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments. Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the management team.
4. Program Design & Execution Conceptualize and launch welfare, engagement, and productivity programs. Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization. Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness.
5. Competitor & Market Intelligence Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends. Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
6. Governance & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards. Identify operational gaps and propose proactive, actionable solutions. Provide strategic input on new programs and budgets, pending formal authorization.
7. Continuous Improvement Adopt industry best practices and share knowledge internally to foster a culture of learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of the field. Execute special projects and high-priority initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of any related course 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms. Good Communication Skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms. Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision.
