SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Welcoming customers
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Carry out functional and performance tests on equipment before and after intervention
• Carrying out in-depth diagnostics
• Recommend solutions (overhauls, repairs, etc.) and draw up and pass on quotations to customers
• Carry out repairs based on technical documentation
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Understanding and use the documentation technical documentation (manuals, data sheets, etc.)
• Write and send intervention reports to customers
• Draft and send warranty claims to the manufacturer
• Act as a technical referent for workshop stakeholders
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (intervention reports, activity planning in the business tool, etc.)
