SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Centi. Mark Roofing Centi. Mark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills for its office in Chelmsford, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office and support management as needed.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs Maintaining construction job files Generating daily work tickets Processing monthly billings, including AIA pay applications Managing invoices and lien waivers from suppliers Paying utilities and entering expense reports Creating reports in Accounting Software and Google Docs POSITION REQUIRES: Office administration experience: construction industry experience preferred Experience in contract billing is a plus.
