Role Title Agentic Engineering Manager Experience Around 12-18 years in Engineering Management, Program Management, AI Transformation, or Digital Engineering Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Agentic Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and operationalization of AI-powered autonomous and semi-autonomous business solutions.
This role combines traditional delivery leadership with emerging capabilities in Agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, intelligent automation, Copilot ecosystems, and enterprise transformation . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Agile based execution of AI-enabled programs involving autonomous agents, LLM-based workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, and enterprise integration platforms while ensuring governance, scalability, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs across multiple business domains. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Establish scalable delivery frameworks for AI-native and autonomous workflows. Drive Agile / SAFe delivery practices for AI transformation initiatives.
Ensure s uccessful deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of AI agents. Agentic AI Program Management Orchestrate implementation of AI agents, copilots, autonomous workflows, and orchestration platforms. Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, prompt engineers, and platform teams. Define execution models for human-agent collaboration and escalation workflows.
Ensure responsible AI, governance, explainability, transparency, and compliance standards. Stakeholder & Business Engagement Partner with business leaders to identify a utomation and intelligence opportunities. Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven delivery roadmaps. Provide executive-level program reporting,value realization metrics , and strategic recommendations .
Drive change management and user adoption for AI-enabled operating models. Governance & Risk Management Establish AI governance frameworks including: Data privacy Security Ethical AI Model lifecycle management Audit readiness Monitor AI performance , operational risks, and business impact. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
Operational Excellence Build reusable delivery of accelerators , templates, and AI operational playbooks. Define KPIs for agent efficiency , automation effectiveness, and business value realization. Drive continuous improvement through telemetry, analytics, and feedback loops. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
12-18 years of experience in Engineering Management, Digital Transformation, or Program Management along with AI Transformation. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, or Generative AI programs. Strong understanding of: Agile Methodologies (SAFE, Spotify) DevOps Generative AI LLM ecosystems Agentic workflows AI orchestration frameworks Enterprise AI platforms Experience delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience leading globally distributed teams.
