Highlights of your role: The Food Service employee prepares and serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of patients and residents.  Tasks include store, prepare or serve food and to clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces in compliance with facility policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
