The team Specsavers Home Visits are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical Assistant to join our growing domiciliary team.

As a Home Visits Optical Assistant, you’ll be visiting patients in their own homes, supporting the delivery of a high-quality, professional optical service to those who are unable to visit stores. This is a rewarding and varied role and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

We are a small team, who support and encourage each other every day. What you’ll be doing Supporting patients through their eye care journey in their own homes Delivering excellent customer service and compassionate care Assisting with frame selection and dispensing (full training provided if needed) Working closely with a small, supportive team Travelling across Stoke, Crewe, Stafford and surrounding areas What we’re looking for You’ll ideally have: Experience in optics A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service Great communication and relationship-building skills A positive, team-focused attitude A full UK driving licence is essential What is in it for you?

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - no weekends - 8.30am to 5.30pm - 40 hours per week No Bank Holidays Salary: Starting salary is £26,853 per annum Career progression
