As a Casual Bar Host, you'll be at the heart of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. This casual evening role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making every visit to the bar a memorable one.

What you'll be serving up... As a Bar Host , you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors within our bar and café environment. Serve drinks, snacks, and refreshments with a friendly and engaging approach Build relationships with residents, remembering preferences and helping everyone feel welcome Assist with the general cleaning and tidying of the work environment Support team members with various duties as required Help with the receipt, storage, and replenishment of stock and supplies Operate tills and handle cash accurately in line with company procedures Assist with the delivery of quizzes, themed evenings, live music events, and other activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Follow health and safety, food safety, and licensing guidelines and company policies Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues The ingredients you'll bring...
