Purchasing Clerk

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-time Purchasing Clerk in the Butler PA Area . Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years by “helping individuals and families with life's changing needs”. The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential.

The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for receiving and reviewing the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing orders, including the accuracy of packing slips. Monthly Supply Requisitions and researching prices for equipment, supplies, etc.

Assists Supervisor in trouble shooting problems/errors as they occur within the department. Travels to shop for various items for the Agency as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
