Activities Director

📢 Be the voice that makes a difference with American Health Plans! We’re looking for a compassionate, customer-focused Member Advocate to support members in local nursing facilities. Build meaningful relationships, listen to concerns, advocate for member needs, and partner with families, healthcare providers, and facility teams to deliver an exceptional experience. In this role, you will welcome & regularly connect with members, build trusted relationships with care teams, resolve concerns & advocate for members, support facility activities & engagement, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, empathy, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel within your region.
