As Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, service standards and energy of our newest venue. What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing bar team.

Creating a fun, energetic and guest-focused bar environment. Building rosters and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service. Driving bar sales and delivering on key performance targets. Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships. Maintaining licensing, safety and compliance standards. Working closely with the wider venue leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences for both social and corporate events.

Championing Kingpin's service standards and bringing the vibe every shift.

What We're Looking For

Experience leading teams within a busy bar, pub, entertainment or hospitality venue. Strong beverage knowledge, particularly beer and bar operations. A hands-on leadership style and passion for developing people. Exceptional guest experience and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
