Production Superintendent – Bacon, 2nd Shift

Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead 2nd shift bacon production at our flagship Hatfield Main facility. Due to the size and scale of our facility, production areas, and teams, the role is comparable in scope to an Operations Manager position at many other organizations. You will lead through front-line supervisors, maintain responsibility for a large production team, and own performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
