Product Training Specialist II

The Product Training Specialist leads the development and implementation of comprehensive sales training initiatives that support agent onboarding and ongoing professional development. As the designated subject matter expert for all product lines, including Life, P&C, Farm, and Commercial insurance, this role delivers engaging training programs, provides product expertise, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.

The position requires strong collaboration with the Centralized Field Support Training Team, Field Leadership, and Talent Development to create effective learning solutions and enhance field performance.
