Our integrated approach brings medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services together to care for the whole person. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and community-minded Call Center Representative who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences.

What You'll Do

Answer patient calls with professionalism and kindness. Schedule, confirm, and update appointments. Complete patient pre-registration. Take accurate messages and communicate them to providers. Help patients navigate questions about their care. Provide backup support for the front desk and nursing teams when needed.

What We're Looking For

CNA or Medical Assistant background, as this position may assist with clinical support. Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient service. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Bilingual skills are a strong plus. Why Join HealthCore Clinic?
