  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure clean handoffs, accurate quoting support, scheduling alignment, and operational readiness for sold work.
  • Support the technician-led selling model by ensuring technician-generated opportunities are routed, quoted, followed up, and converted through the appropriate SSM/ASR sales motion.
  • Monitor personal and team performance against secured sales, quota, gross margin, pipeline coverage, conversion, sales velocity, and established KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, builders, designers, property managers, facility leaders, and other key decision-makers and influencers.
