Assistant Manager

Summary: Main aspects of this position will require assisting customers with all aspects of online auctions. Helping load items, helping check items in, assist with any customer issues or complaints, cashiering, Title work and Customer service. Helping the general manager manage check-in staff, security staff, and front office staff as needed.

Assist with answering any questions about items being sold on auction for our customers. Routinely drive forklift to assist customers with loading or unloading items, as well as keeping facility clean. Cashiering, Title Work and customer service. Deal with all things coming in on consignment Ensure all repossessions & commercial jobs are completed in a timely manner Ensure all staff are following safety protocols and regulations. Assist in training new hires, checking on them and help complete 90-day reviews Close up warehouse at end of day Complete other tasks as requested by General Manager Company has right to change job description at its own discretion at any time
