Part-Time Footwear Sales Associate – VIONIC

The VIONIC Store in Brookfield, WIis looking for apart-time Sales Associate to join the team. If you love great style, enjoy connecting with people, and believe comfortable shoes should look just as good as they feel, this could be a great fit.

As a Sales Associate, you'll create a personalized shopping experience that brings together style, comfort, and confidence. You'll get to know each customer's needs, introduce them to VIONIC's innovative comfort technology, and help them discover footwear that complements their lifestyle and personal style.

Many shifts are staffed by a single associate, so you'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of the store experience-from welcoming customers and making recommendations to keeping the space polished, organized, and ready to shop.

What the Role Looks Like

Customer Experience & Styling

You'll create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience by:

• Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they enter
• Get to know each customer's style, lifestyle, and footwear needs
• Help customers find shoes that balance fashion, comfort, and support
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and introduce customers to styles they may not have considered
• Provide personalized fit assistance to help customers feel confident in their purchase
• Build relationships that turn first-time shoppers into returning customers

Product Knowledge & Sales

You'll become a trusted VIONIC brand expert by:

• Build knowledge of VIONIC footwear, collections, and VIO MOTION™ technology
• Stay current on new arrivals, seasonal trends, best sellers, and key styles
• Help customers understand the comfort technology built into VIONIC footwear
• Share the benefits of our loyalty program to enhance the customer experience

You don't need to know everything about footwear on day one-we'll give you the training and product knowledge you need to succeed.

Store Operations & Independence

You'll also help create a boutique environment customers enjoy visiting by:

• Independently manage the customer experience during solo-staffed shifts
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep the sales floor organized, polished, and well-stocked
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation
• Assist with inventory and other daily store responsibilities
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled

What We Offer

Pay & Schedule

• Base pay PLUS commission
• Typical earnings of $14-16+ per hour, depending on sales performance
• Part-time:approximately10+ hours per week
• Flexible scheduling with potential daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available

Our store is open:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Team members may also be scheduled before opening or after closing as needed.
