NOC Technician I – Application Assurance As an NOC Technician I with our Application Assurance team, you will be a part of a team that performs 24 x7 continuous DC and IT infrastructure monitoring of Metronet’s data centers, server systems, and applications. As a Technician I, you should have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within at least one of the above fields.

You will also rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions typically require working independently, but some technical assistance from higher-level technicians, engineers, supervisors or Manager as needed.
