Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a dependable Custodian/Janitor to provide routine cleaning and custodial services at an assigned customer location. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment while following established cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other assigned areas Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas Clean spills and address routine cleaning needs safely and promptly Clean and maintain common areas, workspaces, and other assigned areas Restock and organize cleaning supplies as needed Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer requirements Complete assigned work independently and efficiently Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other problems to the appropriate supervisor Perform additional custodial duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and instructions Dependable and able to maintain reliable attendance Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to perform the physical duties associated with routine custodial work Additional Information / Benefits Paid training Benefits Opportunities for advancement and career growth Benefits: Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability
