Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Aster Place Apartments in Parachute, CO. This is a Tax Credit property with 58 units. This position will pay up to $26.00 an hour , determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

*Terms and conditions apply What You Will Do The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
