General Manager

Reports to the Vice President of Operations or Regional General Manager, overseeing all operations at our multi-client warehouse facility and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of multiple client inventories with superior service levels. Key duties include operational management, client relationship management, revenue growth and account management, team leadership, inventory control, compliance and safety, and performance reporting, plus additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

This role carries direct accountability for site-level financial performance, including P&L results, revenue growth from existing accounts, and new business acquisition that supports contract expansion.
