Biller / Collector - Hybrid Position
Job description
To process unpaid accounts by contacting patients and third-party reimburser's. Assigns noncollectable accounts to collection agency. To execute customer service as outlined in the training manual. To honor patient and co-worker confidentiality. Exhibits the four core values of respect, integrity, innovation and compassion This position requires 3 months of onsite training, before transitioning to a remote position.
