Job description
Lead the design & architecture of custom applications using Workday Extend. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions integrated with Workday’s ecosystem. Provide best practices, thought leadership, and architectural guidance. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce standards.

Requirements
5+ years in Workday Integrations (Mandatory) 2+ years in Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform) (Mandatory) Strong knowledge in Workday HCM/Financials Deep understanding of Workday APIs, data models & security protocols Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs Proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, and related technologies Strong communication & problem-solving skills
