Position Overview
The Continuous Improvement Lead will be responsible for advancing measurable improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost within operations and functional areas. This role leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives, helps build a problem-solving culture, leverage performance results to identify improvement target areas.
Kaizen facilitation, value stream mapping, and developing team members is a core responsibility of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Kaizen Facilitation Plan, facilitate, and lead Kaizen workshop events from charter through implementation of countermeasures. Monitor and manage KPIs related to yield, throughput, scrap, cost, quality, and on-time delivery. Work closely with cross functional teams to identify and advance improvement opportunities 2 . Yield Improvement Projects Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing yield and optimizing processes. Collaborate with process engineers, quality assurance teams, and operators to address and prevent production inefficiencies. Apply lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and root cause analysis to ensure problems are correctly defined, solving, and has lasting improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the liaison among manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and product management. Facilitate product and process improvements with consideration of customers expectation
- Continuous Improvement & Lean Leadership Drive operational excellence in alignment with the operating system. Lead Kaizen events, standard work setup, and waste reduction efforts. Coach team members on lean tools and problem-solving. Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Proven experience in high-volume production environments.
- Strong background in performance KPI improvements
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred:
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or higher.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and advanced manufacturing analytics.
- Experience facilitating Kaizens Key Competencies

- Strategic and tactical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven decision making.

Pay Range
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications. Incentive Compensation This role may be eligible to participate in our annual or quarterly incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
