• Clinical Coach, Practice Experience Programs (PEP) is responsible for the clinical support and supervision of pre-registration enrolled and registered nursing/midwifery students, re-entry to practice nurses/midwives under provisional registration in clinical practice experience where primary facilitation is not given by the education provider. This position works across a range of healthcare settings in Hospitals South, supervising, assessing and guiding this cohort of learner’s clinical practice in experience programs. Note:

Details of Appointment Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from January 2027 for a period of 7 months. Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Classification Registered Nurse/Midwife Grade 4 Salary $102,439 - $109,175 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging Please note that access to salaries beyond $106,935 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Award *Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies. Eligibility Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable: Holds or is currently working towards post graduate qualifications in clinical based teaching, learning and assessment or holds/working towards Certificate Four in Training and Assessment Holds or is currently working towards post graduate qualifications in the area of clinical/practice speciality as relevant to the position Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
