Facilities Maintenance Technician-SC/Salvation Village-11-306

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility and Tiny Home units under the direction of the Program Director / Program Manager. This position ensures that all buildings, equipment, systems, and housing units remain safe, functional, and in good working order.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying maintenance needs, completing repairs in a timely manner, and ensuring that equipment, fixtures, and facility assets are maintained in a safe operating condition to support participant safety, program operations, and regulatory compliance.
