Program Analyst

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Corporate Operations Department, Administrative Services Division of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-01 (GS-04 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting analysis of administrative processes and procedures to develop plans, guidance or recommendations at improving human resources functions (e.

g. staffing and recruitment, placements, classification, processing, employee benefits, and employee and labor relations) . In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

• Successful completion of a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; OR
