Unit Manager – Per Diem, Second Shift: 3pm–11pm

Do you want to lead a team and make a real difference every day? St. Joseph’s Center, a caring nonprofit organization, is looking for a per diem Unit Manager for our residential program. This role is based at our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) on the Main Campus in Scranton, PA. As a Unit Manager, you will guide a team of Direct Support Professionals and make sure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care.

The primary function of this position is to lead and mentor the Direct Support Professionals on 2nd shift. Participate in onboarding new employees and staff development.
