What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Greet customers and guide them through service decisions**

Recommend maintenance and repair based on need**, not pressure

Write service tickets clearly and confidently

Build trust, explain value, and close approved work

Communicate between customer, technicians, and parts

Manage follow-up and warranty work correctly

If you’ve sold phones, furniture, mattresses, appliances, cars, or services - you already have the core skill set.
