Home nightly – no overnight stays Regional routes within ~300 miles Average 10–12 hour workdays Consistent, year-round freight Well-maintained equipment (flatbed & Conestoga trailers) Supportive dispatch and operations team Job Responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Haul flatbed and Conestoga freight within a regional area Properly secure loads (strapping, chaining) Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations Requirements: Valid CDL-A license Minimum 2 years of flatbed experience required Experience with load securement (chains, straps) Clean driving record Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (tarping, securement) Strong work ethic and reliability Schedule: Home daily Typical shifts: 10–12 hours Benefits: Health, dental, vision, disability, and life Insurance Retirement with company match Paid vacation Paid Holidays Detention pay Direct deposit Weekly pay We will train you to use a Conestoga.
