Bilingual Sales Associate - Store

The Bilingual Sales Associate is responsible for delivering Best of the WEST customer service by building relationships with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs. They maintain product knowledge, use effective selling techniques, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while creating an exceptional shopping experience.

This position communicates with customers in both English and Spanish to provide knowledgeable, personalized service to a diverse customer base. Bilingual Sales Associates help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store while supporting daily store operations and following company policies and procedures.
