The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned position(s) within the nursing department on their designated shift. Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members.

Provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the physician.
