Local Delivery Driver- Class E

Class E CDL Driver / Manufacturing Associate Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class E Driver / Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Montgomery City, MO. This position combines local driving responsibilities with hands-on work in our manufacturing facility, including forklift operation, material handling, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class E license, experience operating trucks, trailers, and forklifts, and a willingness to assist with various manufacturing and warehouse operations when driving assignments are not scheduled.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely operate Truck for local deliveries and pickups. Transport materials and products between company locations, jobsites, and customers as needed. Properly load, unload, and secure materials for safe transportation. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and general production activities when not driving.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and inspection records. Follow applicable transportation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams to meet operational goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid Class E driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Forklift experience preferred. Experience operating trucks and trailers preferred. Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or similar experience preferred. Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment. Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and time-management skills. Reliable attendance and willingness to assist with various job duties as needed.
