Service BDC Agent – Full Time Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Join a Winning Team in Our Service BDC! Our Service BDC is an important part of our dealership and plays a key role in keeping our customers connected with our Service Department. We are committed to developing our employees and promoting from within whenever possible.

What You'll Do

● Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls ● Professionally transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee ● Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly ● Make outgoing calls to customers regarding their vehicle service needs ● Contact customers to schedule service appointments ● Follow up with customers and help generate additional service business ● Assist customers with questions and provide a positive first impression of our dealership ● Document customer interactions accurately in our systems ● Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department ● Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude on every call What We're Looking For: ● Excellent communication and customer service skills ● Friendly, positive, and professional personality ● Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day ● Strong attention to detail ● Reliable and punctual ● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn ● Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch Compensation & Benefits: ● Starting pay: $17.
