North American Fence & Railing is hiring a full-time Estimator - Project Manager to support projects across the Bay Area.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and attend pre-bid meetings
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and takeoffs
• Create shop drawings, submittals, and reports
• Interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical plans
• Support design-assist work
• Manage project scope and costs
• Meet with clients and build relationships

Requirements

• Construction experience or familiarity
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or public works projects
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legal U.S. work authorization
• Professional and reliable work ethic

Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
