Java Backend Developer- Banking/Fintech

Banking Experience is must to have Contract role- Extendable Minimum 6 years of experience Location Singapore Job responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems. Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystems.
• Good to have React experience.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Development and delivery with Java, EJB, Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle and IBM MQ, Kafka
• Understand business / system requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are scalable, stable and fit for purpose.
• Passionate about technologies and building robust and scalable Java Systems.
