Construction Administrator

The Construction Administrator protects the commercial integrity of qualifying projects from estimate and proposal development through contract formation, execution, billing, and closeout. The position provides high-volume commercial oversight; compares customer contracts to Rain for Rent proposals and internal approvals; preserves estimate intent and margins; establishes downstream purchase-order, subcontract, work-order, Schedule of Values, billing, tax, fee-recovery, and commercial-control requirements; and makes unresolved exposure visible to the appropriate approval levels.
