Senior Production Support

Job Category: Manufacturing & Operations Job Family: Plant Production Job Description: The Production Associate supports plant manufacturing operations by independently performing standard production, packaging, and quality tasks in accordance with established procedures. This role contributes to safe, efficient production flow while ensuring products meet food safety, quality, and customer requirements.

What you’ll do

• Plant operation & online testing: Plant Operation as per SOP’s & in line/ process testing of product manufactured. Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformances and their appropriate recording. Deal with any contingency rising in the department in consultation with his immediate superior. To strive for continuous improvement by suggesting ideas to reduce raw material waste, complaints, to improve on productivity, food & human safety etc. Implementation of policies decided by the higher authorities with regard to employment of manpower, HACCP, SOPs, Food & Human Safety Policies and Objectives.
• Production Planning: Co-ordinate with various departments i.e. FMR, Stores, Quality Control, Maintenance, all utility and service departments for smooth functioning of the sections as per planned production schedule.
• Cleaning & Hygiene: Ensure hygienic conditions in the plant to meet physical, chemical as well as bacteriological standards.

What you will need

to succeed B. Tech Dairy Technology/Dairy Science 2 to 5 year's experience operating Dryer Sound knowledge of milk processing Ability to work independently within defined procedures after training. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
