Cloud Engineer ( Java + Scala)

Position: Cloud Engineer Experience : 4 to 6 Years Location : Bangalore / Chennai CTC Offered : 22 LPA Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only Role Type : Full-Time, Permanent with Client ( FTE) Primary Skills to Focus: Apache Spark Scala Java AWS (Core Skill – Must Have) Role Overview: We are seeking talented Cloud Engineers with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud-native application development and big data processing using Apache Spark and Scala.

The ideal candidate must have a solid grasp of AWS cloud services and backend programming expertise in Java or Scala for data-intensive systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable data pipelines and distributed systems using Apache Spark . Design and develop backend components using Scala and Java . Deploy and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging core AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, EMR, etc.) Collaborate with teams to ensure system scalability, performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.

Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Good to Have: Experience with Databricks , AWS Glue , or Athena Familiarity with Kafka , Kinesis , or other streaming tools Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
