Job description
The Brand Ambassador maintains a close relationship with retailers that sell the company’s retail products. They ensure that each store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materials. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador ensures that the retailer has all new products, assists with filling applications and manages any type of claims or requests that might come from the retailer’s owners or staff.
Brand Ambassadors may open new direct IDT branded stores and sell to unattended retailers, if requested by the Company
