Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

Plan and execute on-site marketing events, including job fairs, community events, and local promotions Coordinate logistics for events, venues, materials, setup, staffing, schedules Represent the company at community events, outreach programs, and partner locations Manage and distribute print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage) Support location-based and regional marketing campaigns Work closely with operations and leadership teams to drive local engagement Track event participation, leads, and overall effectiveness of field efforts Build relationships with community partners, vendors, and local organizations Assist with ordering, inventory, and organization of marketing supplies Provide on-site support during promotions, ensuring smooth execution Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role Internship or hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns preferred Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Creative thinking with the ability to support brand messaging Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally Additional qualifications include Fluency in English and Spanish proficiency
