What You'll Do

Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Nycom's knowledge and learning systems. Manage SharePoint Learning Centers and document libraries. Partner with department leaders to capture and organize critical business knowledge. Design and develop onboarding programs, instructor-led training, eLearning courses, videos, job aids, and learning materials.

Administer Paylocity Learning, including course assignments, reporting, and curriculum management. Coordinate training schedules, content development projects, and learning initiatives across departments. Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain learning technology tools, templates, and media assets.

Support a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in education, instructional design, training, knowledge management, or a related field. Experience administering SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Learning Management Systems. Strong instructional design and content development skills. Experience creating eLearning content. Experience with video creation tools preferred.

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across the organization. Construction industry experience is a plus.
